More than an exercise program, ZENgevity Fitness is a blend of holistic health, movement, and life coaching in one supportive, fun package! Imagine a quality life that includes independence, good health, and allows you to do all you want to do, pain free.

Beginning in January, ZENgevity coach Debbie Roy will offer three free introductory classes.
