What most people do not know is that emotions reside in the body, even in the cells. Through movement the body releases blocked and stagnant emotions that can contribute to disease. More than an exercise program, ZENgevity Fitness is a blend of holistic health, movement, and life coaching in one supportive, fun package! Imagine a quality life that includes independence, good health, and allows you to do all you want to do, pain free.
Beginning in January, ZENgevity coach Debbie Roy will offer three free introductory classes.
