Four charged with larceny

LONDONDERRY — Four people were arrested when they tried to steal all-terrain vehicles.

Shortly after midnight on Sunday, Sept. 16, Sgt. Patrick Cheetham was conducting routine residence patrol when he noticed four people dressed in black trying to steal ATVs on Mammoth Road.

Ryan Tosi-Jutras, 18, of Auburn, Robert Parrella, 17, of Derry, Joseph Gifford, 17, of Derry and Justin King, 19, of Derry were all arrested and charged with attempt to commit larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny.

Cheetham called for back-up after ordering the four suspects onto the ground. Detective Donal Laduke, Officer James Freda and K-9 Officer John Perry responded to help Cheetham detain the four.

The bail for each was set at $4,000. They are all scheduled to be arraigned at the Derry District court on Oct. 15 at 8:15 a.m.
