MERRIMACK — A 25-year-old Derry man was arrested July 31 by Merrimack Police on charges he sexually assaulted a female juvenile.
Erik Crawford of 125 Walnut Hill Road was arrested last Thursday at 8 p.m. on a warrant. The arrest follows an investigation conducted by the Merrimack Police Department, according to a press statement.
He has been charged with three counts of felonious sexual assault and one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault.
Crawford was released on $30,000 cash or surety after his arraignment Friday in Merrimack District Court. A probable cause hearing has been scheduled for Thursday.
