LONDONDERRY — A 62-year-old Londonderry woman was injured in her driveway on April 18 when her daughter lost control of her car backing out of the driveway and ran her over.
Rosemary Eagen, of 19 St. Andrew's Way, was collecting the mail when her 34-year-old daughter, Erin Eagen, of Andover, Mass., lost control of her 2002 Dodge Stratus. Eagen sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Elliot Hospital, according to police.
Eagen was released from the hospital over the weekend.
The Londonderry Police Technical Accident Reconstruction Team is still investigating the incident, but no charges have been filed against Eagen's daughter.
