Art On The Common Fine Art Show, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Londonderry Town Common, at the corner of Mammoth and Pillsbury Roads. This event will hosts artists from New Hampshire and Massachusetts. All art featured will be two-dimensional in oil, pastel, acrylic, watercolor, pen and ink, and colored pencil/multimedia. Joan Tierney and Cameron Bennett will judge the entries, awarding first-, second- and third-place ribbons in all categories. First place will include a monetary prize. In the event of inclement weather, the show will be held Sunday, Sept. 12.

Currier Museum public guided tours, tours are offered daily, and highlight either the museum's permanent collection or the current special exhibition. Public tours are free with museum admission.
