Sign up for April 15 Passover seder

DERRY — Etz Hayim Synagogue of Derry will host a Second Night Passover Seder for the community on Tuesday, April 15, at 6 p.m.

Rabbi Bryna Milkow will lead the seder with participation of those attending. The menu will include a choice of roast chicken or vegetarian eggplant entrée, or chicken nuggets for children, with potato or farfel kugel, carrot tzimmes, chicken soup and matzo balls, gefilte fish and horseradish, haroset, and dessert.

The cost is $30 for adult Etz Hayim members, $36 for nonmembers, and $15 for children 12 or younger (chicken nuggets).

To reserve a space, call 432-004 or email office@etzhayim.org. The synagogue must receive a check in payment by noon on April 10. Etz Hayim invites everyone to visit.

Flea market planned April 26

DERRY — St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 63 West Broadway, hosts its eighth annual spring flea market April 26 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church.

The event is held rain or shine and many items and treasures will be available for sale. Proceeds support the church’s mission projects and other programs.

Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided.
