Londonderry High hosts annual 'Mr. LHS'

Londonderry seniors compete for Mr. LHS crown

LONDONDERRY — It was time for Mr. LHS to shine.

Every year, male students at Londonderry High School participate in the “Mr. LHS” contest — a contest hosted by the high school newspaper Lancer Spirit.

This year, there were nine contestants taking the catwalk during the program April 24, showing off their talents and vying for the crown.

Each contestant strutted his stuff, showed off his talent, answered a question from the judges and dress up for different portions of the show.

Emcees for the show were Matt Brown and Jacob Jaenhe. Teachers made up the judging panel.

Contestants this year were Mike Bolduc, Vinneeth Annu, Pat Garrity, Matt Nolan, Chris Fondo, Brett Evangelista, Jonah Bencal, Grant Peters and Jack MacGrath.

In the end, Bolduc was crowned Mr. LHS for 2014.

Proceeds from the event support Lancer Spirit and its projects.
