---- — DERRY — The Specialized Theater Enrichment Program of Londonderry brings a popular musical to the Derry Opera House stage.
The show “Fame Jr.” will be presented at the Opera House June 6 and 7.
The show tells the story of a diverse group of students attending New York City’s acclaimed High School for the Performing Arts.
This is the troupe’s first full production and includes a cast of 28 teen actors representing Derry, Londonderry and Hudson.
STEPs was founded by Nicole Murray and Yvonne Sarafinas.
It offers instruction in voice, dance and acting to students of all ability levels and provides an educational base for success in performance and musical theater.
Tickets for “Fame Jr.” are $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors. Tickets are available online at stepsnh.org or at the door one hour prior to each performance.
