The Alexander Eastman Foundation, announces its Health Professions Scholarship Program. The Alexander Eastman Foundation awards scholarships of up to $2,500. To be eligible, a student must live and/or work in the greater Derry area, currently work in healthcare, and pursue education in the health care field. Applicants should carefully review the guidelines before applying. The application deadline is June 17. The Hampstead Civic Club, is offering a Golf Program for boys and girls (ages 6-17). These are group lessons for beginners to intermediate. The program, which will be held at the Brookstone Park Golf Course in Derry, will run from 10 to 11:30 a.m. for four weeks: April 26, May 3, 10 and 17.
