St. Jude offers Bible School

LONDONDERRY — St. Jude Parish, 435 Mammoth Road, hosts “Weird Animals” as its 2014 Vacation Bible School program. The Bible-based program is July 21-25.

Children ages 4 up through grade six are welcome to attend the free program that features games, crafts, Bible stories and other activities.

Abundant Grace Church hosts Family Crusade

DERRY — Abundant Grace Church is hosting its second annual Family Crusade July 27-30 at 7 p.m. each night.

Admission is free and there will be refreshments.

The event includes puppetry, ventriloquism, drama, comedy, live music and children’s prizes.

The church is in Hillside Plaza, 127 Rockingham Road.

The doors open at 6 p.m.

St. Luke’s hosts summer Bible fun

DERRY — St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 63 East Broadway, hosts its annual summer Vacation Bible School. The program is July 21-25 at the church.

This year’s theme is “Weird Animals” and includes a full week of Bible-based learning, games, songs, crafts and treats. To learn more about Bible School, call St. Luke’s at 434-4767.

Enjoy a free night of stand-up comedy

DERRY — Abundant Grace Church at 127 Rockingham Road will host a stand-up comedy night Saturday, July 26, at 7 p.m.

Admission and refreshments will be free.

The night will include ventriloquism, original songs and stand-up comedy.

The doors will open at 6 p.m.
