DERRY — Last week, the Pinkerton Academy Concert Dance Company put together a display in their fifth annual "Lobby Project."
Plastic was wrapped around poles to create a fish tank effect, with square holes cut out for viewing. The dancers performer inside the "tank."
The idea was to create an organic display of the human form visible through a purely manmade and inorganic substance, and to portray the disconnect between the two.
Dancers worked under creative director Pat Harms.
