Hood students share their talents at 'Reflections' show

DERRY — Gilbert H. Hood Middle School students expressed their thoughts on diversity through music, poetry, painting and photography.

The theme of this year's PTA-sponsored "Reflections" art exhibit is "Diversity means ..."

Hood students put their original drawings, paintings, music, poetry and photography on display in a school-wide exhibit Jan. 19.

Students were judged and the top winners will go on to the state competition.

For more than 40 years, students across the nation, ages preschool through grade 12, have participated in the annual Reflections art competition.

The state Reflections show will be held at Hood March 19 from 6 to 8 p.m.
