Currier Museum Free Admission for Active Military Families, this program is part of the National Endowment for the Arts' Blue Star Museum pilot program — a collaboration with Blue Star Families' Operation Appreciation. Through Aug. 1

The Drowsy Chaperone, will be performed on July 23 through 25 and July 30 to Aug. 1 at The Derryfield School Theatre, 2108 River Road, Manchester. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The Sunday show is at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 and may be purchased at Etix.com or the box office at the theatre prior to the show. Aug. 2 to 6

Kids CoopSummer Theater Camp, at the Adams Memorial Opera House, Derry for Kids Coop Theatre. Days will be filled with singing, dancing, acting, theatre games, crafts and performing. Aug. 3

Don Campbell, 6:30 p.m. Don is a national winner of the Colgate Country Showdown at the Grand Ole Opry. He and his band performs over 150 shows per year and have opened for Carrie Underwood, Toby Keith, Randy Travis, and many other country, folk and rock greats. Free and open to the public. Landscape Painting: Searching for the Spirit of Georgia O'Keeffe, The Currier is partnering with the Worcester Art Museum on travel abroad programs for students of the visual arts. Students can take these courses for undergraduate credit from Lesley University for an additional fee. Currier members receive WAM member pricing. Paint in the magnificent New Mexico landscape while simultaneously absorbing the area's rich Spanish and Indian cultures. A first-day stop at Santa Fe's Ghost Ranch on the way to Ghost Ranch Abiquiu will allow you to explore Santa Fe's culture, food and art scene, including sketching and visits to the O'Keefe Museum and the Canyon Road galleries. Open Enrollment Majestic Theatre's 2010 Summer Theatre Camps, Half-day camps are open for youth ages 4 to 7 years and the full-day camps are open for youth ages 8 to 17 years. Youth can join The Majestic for: The Cinderella Tales, Aug. 2 to 13, full-day program. Tuition is $275 for each full-day, two-week session and $150 for each half-day, two-week session. Currier Museum

Currier Museum public guided tours, tours are offered daily, and highlight either the museum's permanent collection or the current special exhibition. Public tours are free with museum admission. Tour times are: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 12:30 p.m., Saturdays at 11:30 a.m., Sundays at 1 p.m., and the first Thursday of the month at 5:30 p.m.

Concord Community Music School, offers choruses for all ages, including Songweavers, a children's chorus called the Purple Finches, and Sunflower Singers for adults with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. The Profile Chorus, an award-winning women's a cappella show chorus based in Manchester, seeks new members with a passion for song. All are invited to rehearse, learn four-part harmony, develop vocal skills and have fun at the same time. The group rehearses Mondays at 7 p.m. at 83 Hanover St. in Manchester. Singers For the Interfaith Choir, meets weekly at St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 63 East Broadway in Derry. Anyone in high school or older can join this group that has been singing in the area for more than 40 years. Auditions are not required. Call 458-1455.
