Construction starts on final phase of Pinkerton Place

DERRY — Jewett Construction Company Inc. will build a multi-tenant building at 19 Manchester St., the final building in the new 49,000-square-foot Pinkerton Place retail/business complex, owned by Boomer Wolf LLC.

The plaza now is home to a Goodwill store, Panera and Woofmeow pet center.

The four-month project, jointly designed by Jewett and Port One Architects of Portsmouth, includes a 9,200-square-foot pre-engineered metal building slated to be used as a multi-tenant retail space.

The project also includes landscaping and an irrigation system. This is the second project Jewett Construction has undertaken at Pinkerton Place for Boomer Wolf, having completed the Panera Bread bakery in 2012.

Jewett Construction Company Inc. is a Raymond-based design-build/construction management firm specializing in commercial and industrial projects throughout the Northeast. Additional information about Jewett Construction is available at jewettconstruction.com.
