Bardier joins Elliot as HR vice president

MANCHESTER — Elliot Health System recently announced the addition of Catherine Bardier to their senior leadership team as vice president, human resources. Bardier will be responsible for more than 4,000 Elliot staff and physicians in her role.

Bardier joins Elliot from New London Hospital Association where she was vice president, human resources, organizational development, childcare center, dietary and wellness. She managed the overall operations of the human resources department and participated as a senior leader in the strategic development of the hospital’s plans and programs.

She provided support to the leadership team and management on matters of staffing, coaching and counseling, training needs assessment, policy development and strategic planning.

Bardier holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Rivier College in Nashua. She has more than 23 years experience in human resource management.

T-BONES Great American Eatery and Cactus Jack’s Great West Grill support The CareGivers Inc. for the ninth consecutive year with their annual Sweetheart of a Deal promotion.

Visit any T-BONES and Cactus Jack’s location in Salem, Hudson, Derry, Bedford, Manchester or Laconia through Friday, Feb. 14. Any guest who donates $5 to The CareGivers Inc. at any location will receive a $5 dining certificate to use on a future visit.

Over the past eight years, the Sweetheart of a Deal fundraiser has raised more than $180,000 for The CareGivers Inc.

The CareGivers Inc. is an all-volunteer organization that helps the frail, elderly and disabled to maintain their independence and dignity. They provide transportation, meals, companionship and more. All services are provided free of charge with the help of volunteers and donations. The CareGivers Inc. has been serving the local community since 1984.
