DERRY — New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority will offer an educational seminar Jan. 17 and 18 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. for first-time home buyers designed to demystify the process of purchasing a home.
This comprehensive, two-part program will inform attendees about all aspects of the home-buying process, which can seem complicated and confusing to those who are considering purchasing their first home.
The event will be held at the Marion Gerrish Community Center, 39 West Broadway.
New Hampshire Housing's First-time Homebuyer Seminar is supported by the Mortgage Bankers and Brokers Association of New Hampshire, New Hampshire Association of Realtors, New Hampshire Bar Association and local partner People's United Bank.
This two-part seminar is free and open to the public, but seating is limited and pre-registration is requested.
