---- — Coldwell associate marks 20th year

LONDONDERRY — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England announced Windham resident Terri Foden, a sales associate with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry, is celebrating her 20th anniversary with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

“Terri Foden is a valuable member of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage family in Londonderry,” said Debbie Ball, sales manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry. “Her dedication to clients and customers is a true testament to her professionalism and love of her work. Foden has extensive experience in residential real estate sales. She has been a real estate sales associate since 1986. She has continually been a top producer and is a relocation and new homes specialist.

Local man wins Auto Tech Award

CONCORD — The first quarterly Auto Tech Award sponsored by Sanel Auto Parts Co. and More Than Wheels Inc. was presented recently to Dennis Marion of East Derry Tire and Auto.

Marion was presented with an award certificate at a presentation ceremony on June 14 at his business, along with a $500 gift certificate to Sanel Auto Parts Co. The presentation was done by David B. Segal and Rick Giordano of Sanel Auto Parts, and Terri Steingrebe, More Than Wheels CEO.

Marion was nominated by his customer, David Brown.

“Dennis always does what’s best for the car owner. I always wait while my oil is being changed and I’m blown away by the time Dennis takes to explain to each customer on the phone or in person what needs to be done and why,” Brown wrote. “To me, information is power and I find that the way Dennis does business at his shop brings me back every time.”

More than 70 nominations for the award were received for auto techs and businesses in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. The award is presented quarterly. The next award will be presented in September.
