---- — Chamber reaches out to Hampstead businesses

HAMPSTEAD — The Greater Derry Londonderry Chamber of Commerce will present a free business networking event for local professionals and leaders of nonprofit organizations June 3 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

The outreach event is specifically calling for all local business owners to participate in an effort to connect with other business professional within their community, as well as learn a little bit more about the opportunities and resources available through the Chamber of Commerce. The event, which will be hosted by The Wine Steward, will include wine tasting, networking, business tips and raffle prizes.

Any Hampstead business owner or Hampstead resident working outside of the area, but wishing to connect with hometown professionals is invited to attend. In addition to local Hampstead business owners and operators, the Chamber will bring key members from their rganization, inlcuding directors and committee chairmen to help answer questions regarding events, offerings and the Chamber's mission.

Space for this event is limited. Seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone interested in particpation should contact the Chamber office at 432-8205 or via email at Info@GDLChamber.org.

MANCHESTER — The New Hampshire Finance Fair is set for Wednesday, May 28, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Hospitality Center at Southern New Hampshire University, 2500 River Road.

The event is free; register at SBA.gov/NH.

Learn about creative financing, impressing lenders, "swimming with the ahrks," expert financing and business advice.

The fair brings together banks, credit unions and other financial service agencies to provide information and answer business owners' and entrepreneurs' questions.
