LONDONDERRY — Prudential Verani Realty has just launched New England’s first responsive real estate website, verani.com, with intuitive features that allow the user to customize their online home search experience.
“We have given Verani.com a complete redesign to make the home searching process seamless and fun for the user,” said Giovanni Verani, executive vice president. “We’ve also made it responsive, which means no matter what device you’re on (cell phone, tablet, PC, laptop) the site will respond to the size of your screen.”
The new Verani.com addresses the growing needs of its diverse customer base and ever increasing web traffic. Users will have the option to view their search results in three layouts — gallery, list and map view. A state-of-the-art polygon mapping tool is also available for users to further define their search right down to a specific street or section of town.
Verani.com boasts another feature, an interactive shopping cart. Users can now save houses they find in their search results to their “shopping cart” allowing them to organize, prioritize and share homes. This interactive technology lets the entire family be involved in the home buying process by allowing multiple users per account to rate homes, take notes and share via social media.
Users can even set up a driving route if they want to view several homes in one day. This interactive shopping cart makes searching for a home as customizable and sharable as a Facebook page.
To add another level of customization, users can interact with properties giving them a “Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down” throughout their search. If a user gives a “Thumbs Down,” the property will be grayed out for future searches. If they give a “Thumbs Up,” they have the option to add the property to their shopping cart.
In addition to improving the website’s search capabilities, Verani also took this redesign as an opportunity to provide consumers with hyper-localized town information. By implementing a Community Advisors section, consumers can ask questions and learn more about the towns they are interested in living in. Through specialized town sites and expert advice from Verani Agents, users can learn about their favorite hot dog stands to the most unique orchards to pick apples in to the best restaurants in town.
“This is a big step for Verani, and for the real estate industry in New England,” Verani said. “More and more people are using their mobile devices to access our site. We want to give the consumer what they want when searching for real estate online — a responsive, interactive, user friendly site.”
Verani.com currently serves hundreds of thousands of visitors every month searching for homes throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. Log in and create an account today at verani.com.
