---- — Loginov chosen by Young Rescuers
MANCHESTER — The Young Rescuers USA program announced the selection of attorney Bill Loginov of Londonderry, principal of Loginov & Associates LLC of Concord, to serve as a member of the Young Rescuers USA Advisory Council.
Loginov has more than 20 years experience in intellectual property law. Prior to founding Loginov & Associates four years ago, Bill was a partner at Cesari and McKenna in Boston. He received his law degree from Cornell University and his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
He also studied Russian at the Leningrad State University Russian Language summer program and is conversant in Russian.
“We are honored to have attorney Bill Loginov as a member of the Young Rescuers USA Advisory Council,” said retired Ambassador George Bruno, Young Rescuers USA Founder. “Bill has a strong interest in promoting positive relations through citizen diplomacy between the United States and Belarus, Russia, and other countries of the former Soviet Union. He has served as a distinguished host to numerous foreign delegation including Russia, Moldova, and Belarus. We couldn’t be more pleased to have someone of Bill’s caliber and commitment to serve on the Council.”
Young Rescuers USA recently selected its seven-member 2012 team that will compete at the International Competition and Rally of Young Firefighters and Rescuers held annually in the Republic of Belarus.

Pepin joins Londonderry Coldwell Banker
LONDONDERRY — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England recently welcomed Joan Pepin to the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry. As a sales associate, Pepin will provide residential real estate services in Londonderry and the surrounding towns.
Pepin has chosen a career in real estate after working as a teacher in Boston.

Pepin is a member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is licensed in Massachusetts as well as New Hampshire. Joan and her husband have 10 children and reside in Derry.
