Rite Aid celebrates remodeled store
LONDONDERRY — Rite Aid Pharmacy on Nashua Road will hold a grand opening of its newly remodeled store.
The event will run from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 23.
The store will feature wellness ambassadors, who will help customers with their shopping and introduce whatever programs the store has to offer.
The grand opening event will feature free health screens, vaccinations (at a cost), food, fun and free raffles.
Local businesses and vendors will participate. There will be local entertainment, too.
The store is at 123 Nashua Road.
McCaul honored for most sales in May
LONDONDERRY -The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry announced that Chester resident Charlotte McCaul, a sales associate in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry, has achieved the Sales Associate of the Month award.
McCaul received the honor for achieving the highest number of sales for the month of May.

Coldwell associate completes training
LONDONDERRY — Sandy Mannarini, a sales associate in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Londonderry, has earned the Accredited Real Estate Professional designation by successfully completing the comprehensive SuccessBuilder training program, designed and conducted by the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Career and Educational Development department.
SuccessBuilder is a three-month intensive training program, which involves in-classroom skill development, online learning sessions, and industry specific field assignments. Designees must also meet specific production requirements, including the closing of three real estate transactions.
Mannarini learned how to best assist both buyer and seller clients in making sound business decisions, sharing industry best practices and current market trends, and the use of cutting edge tools to market homes.
