---- — The Greater Derry/Londonderry Chamber of Commerce welcomes new members to its board of directors.
The board advises, governs and oversees Chamber policy, and assists with leadership and general promotion of the organization.
The following business leaders were named to the board: Marie Brownell of Brownell Insurance, who will lead the Chamber’s Ambassador Committee.
She has owned the local insurance company for the past 25 years.
Also, Jennifer Caron, Anstiss and Co., is a certified public accountant, longtime resident of Derry and volunteer with many organizations.
Doug Cullen of Pinkerton Academy has 30 years of business experience and will also serve on the Chamber’s Education Committee.
Beverly Donovan of Grubb and Ellis Northern N.E. joins the board. She is an expert on retail, office, industrial and land transactions.
Chris McCune, CGM Technologies, comes to the board with networking and computer experience to help support regional businesses.
Bill Rockwell of Burlington Self Storage oversees businesses in Salem and Burlington, Mass., and is a Derry resident.
All new board members were nominated for the positions and will serve a three-year term. New board members were inducted into office at last week’s Chamber dinner/awards event.
