Restaurant donates to schools, club

LONDONDERRY — A local restaurant renovation paid off for the school system and the local Boys and Girls Club.

On Wednesday, May 9, the Ninety Nine Restaurant in Londonderry donated $3,635 to the Londonderry school system and $3,635 to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Derry.

The Ninety Nine Restaurant in Londonderry recently underwent a complete refreshing and was able to raise funds from an incredibly successful silent auction for the memorabilia that used to decorate the restaurant before the renovation.

Accepting the donation on behalf of the Londonderry school system was School Superintendent Nathan Greenberg. Accepting the donation on behalf of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Derry was Art McLean, the club's executive director .
