Sullivan Tire teams up to help Jimmy Fund
Sullivan Tire recently announced its "Every Hit Helps the WEEI/NESN Jimmy Fund Telethon" summer promotion. Beginning Monday, July 16, and running until Aug. 10, Sullivan Tire will donate $500 to the WEEI/NESN Jimmy Fund Telethon for every hit Dustin Pedroia gets. Sullivan Tire will increase that amount to $1,000 for each home run hit by Pedroia.
Additionally, consumers will have a chance to join in on the action. Consumers will have a chance to register online, in-store, via text, with the Facebook app and with a QR code, to guess the total number of hits Pedroia will get between July 16 and Aug. 10. The grand prize winner will receive tickets for themselves and five friends to attend a September game in the luxury suite. The runner-up prizes include a $500 Sullivan Tire gift card, a $200 American Express gift card, a Dustin Pedroia signed baseball bat and two tickets to a baseball game.
"We are thrilled to announce this exciting summer promotion," said Paul Sullivan, vice president of marketing for Sullivan Tire & Auto Service. "Nothing pleases us more than to give back to the community through an organization that helps such a worthwhile cause."
