Insurance agency marks 40-year anniversary

DERRY — The Benway-Johnston Insurance agency of Derry recently celebrated its 40th anniversary with Merchants Insurance Group.

The agency, which serves the personal and business insurance needs of Rockingham County and surrounding areas, joined with Merchants in 1973, but has been

in business since 1972.

Woman named Derry credit union manager

DERRY — Triangle Credit Union recently announced Kayla Gutierrez has been promoted to branch manager for Triangle’s new Derry Branch.

Gutierrez has been with Triangle Credit Union for 10 year and has held various operational positions in Triangle’s Nashua branches.

Prior to her new branch manager position, she was the branch manager for the BJs branch.

The new Derry Branch is located at 3 Windham Road. A late November opening is scheduled.

Sullivan Tire supports N.H. Red Cross

Sullivan Tire has partnered with the American Red Cross in New Hampshire to encourage blood donations during the month of October.

Throughout the month, anyone who donates blood at a New Hampshire Red Cross facility will receive a coupon for $25 off any auto service of $25 or more at Sullivan Tire.

A longtime supporter of the American Red Cross, Sullivan Tire often hosts mobile blood drives at its stores. The New England based, family owned company has 13 stores in New Hampshire.

For information on how to donate, visit redcross.org/nh/concord. According to Red Cross statistics, one pint of blood can save up to three lives and someone needs a blood transfusion every two seconds.
