A memorial of flowers, balloons and special messages filled the front area at the home of Robert Young in Derry this week. Young, 75, (pictured above in his garden in 2006) was killed in Chester last weekend after being struck by a SUV in the parking lot of Your Variety. Friends and people who never met Young are remembering a man who made it a point to wave to everyone driving by his home.
